Podcasters Josh and Alex visit the Canadian Film Festival office without making an appointment... and check out Opening Night!

Astra Taylor's "Examined Life" is having it's Sydney premiere at Possible Worlds, Sydney's 4th Canadian Film Festival.

We asked our podcasting duo Alex and Josh if they had a trailer for the documentary, in which 8 philosophers take to the streets and tells us what's on their minds. This is what they sent us.

We are looking for motivated office volunteers to help us put the finishing touches on Possible Worlds 2009. Volunteers work in our office on George Street in Sydney, providing admin support to our lovely team.

Tasks involve online marketing, grassroots campaigns, press support, logistics, office admin, data entry and party planning.

You must be able to commit to one or two days per week until the end of August. It's a great way to learn how a film festival comes together, work with dedicated film lovers and attend the event for free!

Interested? Give Matt a call on (02) 9281 5608 or email him your CV: matt[at]thefestivalists.com

Our screening of "Young People F***ing" (and the party that followed) was the first event to sell out this year. When you look at this podcast, it's easy to understand why...
